Seems quite reasonable, though I do wonder if Primordial Sea is NLF, since it could just be the logic of rain dousing fire, which wouldn't work against hot/high enough temperatures. On the other thand, their dynamics suggest quite intense temperatures.
Does it have any showings of what it can negate?
Maybe if there's a known temperature for 1 or more of the Fire-type moves? Pokedex entries do give some Pokemon temperatures, but IDK about moves themselves.
Without further evidence, I might call it Limited or otherwise uncertain if it lacks showings beyond game mechanics, but maybe some may disagree.

Nonetheless, thank you very much for your dedication to this Pokemon. Beyond the above, this looks good, & has my approval!
 
Seems okay, and Imaginym has already approved it, a member I find trustworthy.

I'd note that the Power Null is unconventional. It seems it's just raining so heavily and so wet and humid that any attempts at fire or even dry heat just get doused by the air itself.

Added Unconventional to the Power Nullification. Since this is a pretty small crt and has two approvals, I'm guessing this is good to add?
