If you buy this interpretation of percentages, 100% Mahito should scale to 100/40=2.5 of his repel shake feat, which is 214.5 tons.(It happened right after 40% statement)
(Till someone objects that Magnitude 5 earthquake would have been felt by hundreds of kilometers)

To the earthquake feat, but ignore me I was larping. I just reread the scene and Mahito spawned the transfigured humans inside his hand so it definitely scale. I thought he spit them out and tossed them at Yuji/Todo
As for the multipliers…. Idk.
