This would scale Chisato and Majima (when he gets a profile) to Small Building level. Majima would also get City Block level with Bomb.

Takina (when she gets a profile) should scale to an At most rating of Small Building level for being able to somewhat harm Majima and withstand a punch to the gut and a kick into a steel railing without really any noticeable injury
