• Speed is obviously equalized, New Moon's Blessing is restricted but Traveler is still able to amplify his Lifting Strength to Class Z and Traveler starts off with Eternal Moon's Marrow here — Their distance from each other is several meters away (10-20 meters apart)

I think both definitely are going for a close combat fight since both doesn't seem to have any major ability/hax that could turn the entire battle around, but yeah that's practically it for the entire scenario other than Traveler's elemental powers for obvious reasons
