This CRT is fairly simple.

This CRT aims to upgrade Nanase and everyone who is above her by using a multiplier stated by Ayanokouji

Nanase in her Boku Mode is the strongest low tier in the verse currently, this was stated by Ayanokouji that she increased her speed by 2x, not only that, Ayanokouji also stated that her new self allowed to one shot grown men when she couldn't prior to that, so my proposition is that Nanase also has a 2x increase in strenght as well

People who will be scaling to this are;

Any WR member (Ayanokouji, Ichika, Takuya, Shiro, Yuki, Shiba and Tsukishiro) in everything, whereas characters like Housen and Manabu will scale in attack speed only considering they are not a blitz above her

They will scale to 84,4 m/s due to Nanase being comparable to Ibuki who performed a 42,2 m/s feat and Nanase being twice as fast as her with Boku Mode

They will also scale to 8 KJ due to Nanase being comparable to Ibuki who performed a 4 KJ feat and Nanase being twice as strong as her with Boku Mode

Nah. Given the dialogue, it's strictly talking about technique. At best, it's Damage Boost through precision strikes. Without a particular value, as there's none stated.
