Im pretty sure it works like data that makes up reality im not sure how to really explain it but its like a line of code that makes up reality

As long as it is not a virtual or game world that exists as a subsidiary to a real world, statements describing the world as being made up of data, script, code, or similar constructs can qualify as valid Information Type 2.

However, this only applies if manipulating that data can directly change reality or generate phenomena within the world.

Like I still quite confused by what that qualify as data or code, many things can be changed by changing something right? But I suppose not all of that equate as data or code that made up reality.
