I’m going with Marr on this one. Durge was defeated by CW Kenobi via telekinetically exploding him, and I imagine Marr should be able to do the same (since in my view he clears CW Kenobi in power by a decent margin considering his hype in comparison to Council level rivals, especially if you buy his scaling to the Vanilla HOT through Satele Shan who can stomp Council level opponents).

Marr is also a lot tankier than Kenobi which should give him more opportunities to work around Durge’s regeneration. His speed feats on Lacharis are also nothing to scoff at.

He grossly outmatched Kenobi who did have that advantage though
Not sufficiently to avoid being held off in a protracted battle and then eventually getting splattered by him. And while Lacharis is definitely slower than Kenobi, Marr is likely faster still.

In all honesty it will probably end up with a similar scenario of Durge running headfirst into absorbing his opponent again with similar results by an even sturdier foe.
Weaknesses: Extremely arrogant with a tendency to rush into battle without any strategy in mind. Furthermore, due to extensive torture from the Mandalorians, Durge's mental health is questionable.
