CC Goku doesn't have any resistance to plot manipulation. The only plot-related stuff CC Goku has is his aura being infused with the Power of Destruction and Time Power in his Universe Tree form, both powers having the ability to erase characters with resistance to plot erasure like Dr Mashirito.

Edit: I would also like to note that Universe Tree Goku has 9 layers of passive 7D informational (type 2), conceptual (type 1), and historical erasure.

NEP shouldn't be a problem cause this version of Goku can interact with both NEP nature types 1 and 2. But yeah, I don't see Goku being able to bypass her plot-based AE.

Three characters The GoD of Fate, Alice and Kuro tried to stop them. Kuro used it first thing here but she was made aware of their destructive powers first tbf

NEP 1 Is no problem for goku due to his powers interacting with WoV, Subspace and non-existent history in heroes etc.
plot based AE on the other hand is a problem...

I just checked Kuro's prolife. It looks like her plot hax only has around 4-6 layers
