I usually wait til the preview. If the preview ends with one character seemingly using a big move or their biggest move it usually means they’re gonna lose cause they’ve already used their big move and there’s still half the fight left.

Idk if this applies for every preview but it has for the few I’ve seen

Because it's aim dodge, and the "EMW" that he supposedly cut with WCS isn't even confirmed to be the EMW attack, and it looks exactly like every Cursed Energy blast we see in the manga like Yuta's love beam and Ryu's granite blast

Ant has been reminded multiple times over years now, I made threads myself to point it out. I have been to **** forrums choke full of media with higher message limits who operated smoothly. Hell even this forrum used to run smoothly even when it had 100 message thread pages.

Denji scaling to the state swords when literally being bisected in half by one and Yuji not scaling to Dabura because of a "beyond mankind" statement while Gojo and Sukuna are not treated as humans throughout the entire story but rather walking calamities is probably the most egregious cap I've seen for a series to date.

I don't disagree at all with Denji winning, but the arguments given could have been way better.

I think Denji already took stats, so my running theory is DB knew this and included Oregon for the discourse

As for the poison thing, I just saw a counter to that arguement of it effecting Denji in a discord server, and given how unfamiliar I am with the verses scaling, and how JJKs fans are dominating the discourse, I'll basically just come back in two days to see whats legit criticism and whats outrage

With next time being capeshit, we lost our streak of "no capeshit" episodes. DanteClive - YujiDenji enjoyed a nice 7 eps without capeshit. 3rd highest break. They could have go on for longer... Very sad.

For the next match, I feel like Superboy has this in the bag? Like its ridiculously close, high tier Marvel guy vs high tier DC guy, who would've thunk. But I feel like Superboy is just more of a solid pick, or maybe that's my DC bias running through my veins.
 
I am glad Denji won, even though I absolutely think he shouldn't have. A few things, though.

~I like what they were going for with the style of the animation, but it looks just a bit off, IMO.
~The set up to the fight is weird and kinda bad.
~The choreography was very inconsistent. It felt like they were locked in when Yuji was in close quarters (which makes sense), but weren't sure what to do outside of that.
~I don't know how else to describe it, but for the most part the fight feels kinda... sauceless? Does that make sense? Like, it gets way better once Yuji pops the Domain, but the first half is just... eh?
~Voice acting is also on the weaker end for Death Battle, in opinion. I like Denji's voice marginally more than I like Yuji's, but I don't think either are particularly great.
~The script isn't that great, either.
~The music is just kinda there. I almost forgot to comment on it, genuinely

Very middle of the road Death Battle episode, for me. I'd give it like a 5/10.

Nah this fight was sick, easily one of the better ones of the season. Not even factoring that my choice won, I feel like this was so much more dynamic than the last few. The track was alright, might have to give it a listen outside of the fight to get a better feel for it but they absolutely got Denji's character down great. I can't speak for Yuji's since I don't know the series but my boy Denji'd all over.

Honestly this fight was one of the few that made me laugh as well with how goofy Denji got with it and the DE fakeout. However, that being said:

I can see where people might be a little miffed about Denjiman just walking through the Doman like that. As a Denji fan it was hype as hell but I understand the comparisons to the Superman v Goku 2 and Kratos turning the 'giant world smashing punch' around on Asura. However I don't care that was way more hype lol

Also probably a fight I actually laughed at while watching for a while. Denji's goofiness got me with his shenanigans and the 'Oregon-level' joke was a hell of a sentence.

Overall a solid 8/10 for me. Animation was kinda jank at times and I feel that this was the rare moment where the Manga panel animations didn't really look all that polished (mostly on Yuji's coverage).

They literally said they’re gonna pick and choose what episodes. So if you get a dog shit episode with terrible research, they can just choose not to do. Which is insane, because the fans brought the show back. You at least should explain your research to them bare minimum.

Strangely it does seem like one can argue Sentry resists timey wimey stuff. Which greatly hurts Prime's chances.
