Possibly real as Tsukishima doesn't create a new past but instead modifies the already existing one and this interacts with Zangetsu in a similar way than Allmighty.

His return here doesn't make sense if he controls the causality of a single line (past, present, and future possibilities stemming from that past and present), because he died here and is unaware of it. This means that his death has become a fixed point in the timeline (i.e., in every possible future, he will be dead), yet he returned. This leads us to conclude that he does not control the possibilities of a single timeline, but rather all possible lines (all possibilities arising from every possible past and present).
This supports my point: the book of the end creates a different past.

I wouldn't say it's a hard sell. Time in bleach is complicated tho. Every object his it own personal timeline. Then you have a higher timeline that governs that. The kotosu sent ichigo and comp 8 days into the past and that pretty much affect the whole cosmology

He does downscale from Yamamoto, although what's confusing me is that the value he has in the profile is 0.1c while the scaling chain in the accepted thread has him at 0.066c.

The problem is that the scaling chain made by Infinite was originally using a different calc. When the calc was changed, he tried to update it, but it wasn't very good. When I finally took a look at it, the thread was already closed.
To explain, I think he messed up and put the downscale number as the calc number (0.0667c). However, that's not how downscaling works, as Yamamoto is Rel (0.2224c). If you were to downscale, you don't suddenly go from Rel to Sub-Rel+, which is what would've happened if I had put the number as 0.0667c.
Ultimately, the scaling chain in the OP can't really be used because of mistakes with the numbers (though most of the chain in terms of actual scaling were correct)
To address some slight inconsistencies in the numbers on the pages as well, there's this:
Basically, there was some rounding issues and what not. The calc itself is fine, the scaling itself is fine (Well, about as fine as you can get with this shit), but there were numerical issues and also some improper downscaling caused by the calc undergoing numerous changes within the thread.

The cien that said that was already severely damaged from the gran rey cero damage he recieved that was even doubled by rora's copy of nel abilites, and the correct translation said those powers would be difficult to handle at that moment, this doesn't imply your premise at all
