That doesn't mean anything, though resisting cold doesn't grant radiation manipulation resistance... You are trying to make something seem like something else. She resists "plot manipulation," only grants her resistance to plot manipulation, nothing else...

I think this should be closed. I don’t see how Goku wins here. He doesn’t resist her lesser plot manipulation and he can’t interact with her either. The only way I could see this working is if Goku was given some prior knowledge about Kuro but then that would make it a stomp in Goku’s favour since he’d theoretically know he has no chance in damaging Kuro and would likely summon Arale off the bat. Arale is Goku’s only hope if he wants to win.
Yeah this match to me just depends on Kuro’s mindset mainly. If she restrains herself from using plot manipulation at the start of the battle then Goku is summoning Arale as a second move. If she decides to go initiate with plot manipulation regardless of Goku’s characteristics then he just loses. SBA also doesn’t help Goku here. Goku loses more times than he wins.
While this is neat it doesn’t really help here. It certainly doesn’t give Goku any notable ability or NPI that encompasses her plot based AE here. All this tells us is that TP’s causality and fate manipulation or aspects of it are able to affect Arale and Gatchan who resist plot manipulation along with causality and fate. This just seems like an example of layering or a layered ability, there’s nothing plot related within TP at the moment.
Would she have this mindset in this battle? Goku isn’t trying to destroy the world and he’s by no means an antagonist or evil. Sure, he might be seen as an antagonist to her considering there can only be one victor in this battle and due to the fact Goku scales above her but would that really be enough? I could see this happening IF she is given prior knowledge but without that I’m a bit skeptical on that matter. Social influencing could’ve been a good argument here but I don’t think Goku will last long enough for SI to take effect.

The General Consensus seems to be that Kuro would win Speed Equal but would Lose in Speed Unequal given the presence of Arale as an opening move.
I am not sure about Goku directly scaling to Arale as its not listed in their page in giving plot manip or interactions like that

This will probably be one of a few of my last comments since it’s kind of redundant arguing against this since it’s a bit of a mismatch but how would she read his power? Through extrasensory perception? I think it would be difficult to sense Goku’s power since AFAIK it goes God Ki < Angel Ki < Time Power. For some reason I can’t seem to find resistance to extrasensory perception on the Time Power page but I could’ve sworn I saw it somewhere. Assuming we disregard TP as having resistance to EP, Angel Ki does give one layer of resistance. I’m not too sure how it works in this case though. While Goku does is using a form that relies on Time Power he does still have both God Ki and Angel Ki, it’s not as if they vanquish but I’m not sure.
