Shock.wav's wincon would be info analysis warning him of Ecco's capabilities -- I'm assuming the IA is that worthwhile -- and using his better movement speed to in-character burrow in order to avoid being pelted as he closes distance to attack. Though Ecco still wins more often than not due to dodging/skill against such approaches in
even less advantageous situation against multiple fast opponents. Ecco's attack speed is faster than Shock's movement speed, but I'm assuming the latter can just immediately burrow before he gets hit, only for Ecco to dodge the emerging attacks and stun and reposition to further stun/chip-damage before a thrash can hit him. Seems to me to be decisive but not too much of a stomp.
EDIT: Hmm, as seen in what I just linked for the dodging feats, Ecco's sonar does phase through solids. Maybe there is a range that Shock can IA-infer & surprise speed-burrow to and from, though. With that not being enough to beat Ecco's sensible spacing (gonna get away from the ground after Shock burrows even supposing sonar doesn't let him know where the exact emerging point will be) in turn. Shock still has enough of a chance (if definitely not the majority) to qualify the match imo.
