How do we know the pocket dimension is "void/nothingness" that unbound space-time, especially when its contains stars and time (yes, I saying time too, because Paradox can't go where time don't exist according to cosmology page but Paradox still can teleport to the pocket dimension)

If it contains stars then this does not deny that it is a void, there many structures are exiting as void/nothingness and still can be contains stars. Void/Nothingness can't only has Tier 2 to Tier 1 (High 1-B) because it's naturally don't bound by space-time. Also it exists beyond the all of existence
He doesn't made it by himself, he use the Chrono Navigator. And also he never says this, he only says he can't go with some structures
Forge of Creation is out sync with all time, and Paradox can still open portal into it
He even says he can't go to Timestream/Cross-Time with Ben and Rook, when any Chronal Energy users can normally traveling across it
