Pretty self explainatory. There are plenty of horrible parents in fiction, but who's the worst of them all for every tier? We're going to do a top 5 for each tier because top 3 is boring. When submitting a character, just briefly explain why they're so horrible of a parent. I'll clean up the list once there's actually characters to put up. Characters who are technically just guardians but still fill that parental role anyways count here.
Characters with possibly ratings are fine and will be put in said category, however characters with solid ratings of that tier will take priority over possibly ratings unless said character is that bad. Characters who are in multiple tiers will be applied to all tiers they're in unless they simply don't make the top 5.

- Medusa Gorgon - Made several physical and Psychological experiments with Crona to make sure they would become a complete sociopath and turn into tge next Kishin. One of said experiments involved melting another kid alive into a puddle of black blood and injecting it into crona's body so they would often torment eachother at all times.
