My issue with them using these examples is that even in cases like Heroes Reborn and Absorbing Man, while he was affected, he was still the Sentry and it didn't strip him of his powers at all. The only time he was affected by reality warping potent enough to actually make him relatively normal, was over House of M, doesn't exactly convince me a whole lot.
