taste buds arent exclusive to voracity though they are apart of every being its just they were removed from voracity specifically. that doesnt mean taste buds are fundamental for voracity it was just a concept participating in it

Why does it matter whether Aftertaste is fundamental to Voracity? RMs claim isn't that Voracity's defining concept was removed. It's that a concept was directly removed from the Pathand doing so changed every Voracity manifestation. CM1 vs. CM2 concerns the relationship between the governing concept and its instances not whether the removed concept was essential to the larger concept.

i hope like sw999 and/or evanscia (and welt/evernight) actually do something this patch. they spent all this time and effort hyping up sw999 just for her to have like 6 lines and a side quest with tingyun and evanescia, while i love her personality she doesnt really do anything aside from give the TB a random amp and some glaze.

like they led us on with that whole other personality thing which was cool and now they're seemingly killing her off cause the arbor is on fire??? i highly doubt shes just gonna get offscreened like that but cmon man how are the anniversary characters especially sw999 that they hyped up so much virtually irrelevant to the story especially compared to characters like yao guang sparxie ashveil and blade
 
I wasn't serious when i said she'd die cuz the tree was on fire 😓 eva is sleeping and sw's cartridge is disabled so probably not. Sw is a SH so she is definitely reappearing eventually esp as long as blade is there. I am also 99% sure Eva will leave parcadia to go w YG somewhere after the games are forever shut down cuz she'll have no reason to stay there and they've pushed their relationship a lot

Asat genuinely played around Silver Wolf perfectly by having her waste lvl999 in 4.2 against his imaginae emojis and Shuhu. Silver Wolf only being able to maintain lvl999 for like barely a few minutes even with a mask amp and then not being able to use the full form for a whole day after without risking massive consequences really killed her ability to help because all of 4.3 and 4.4 happen immediately the day after 4.2.

Evanescia is just ducking like crazy though cuz fym you warn us about Asat and then disappear??? I'm aware Evanescia stands no chance against Asat since she's already tried to fight him by jumping with the supplicants from 1000 years ago, but we deadass aren't going to be able to see her in the story after 4.4 because she's tied to the Panarch Elwood so she really needs to do something in this patch.

hoyoverse when it comes to actually fulfilling hype they promised (3000 years ago)
 
Lets show another version of a fan favorite character from our old game not do anything with them for 7 patches and then make everyone ingame love them despite having at most 3 lines of dialogue with them.
 
I was looking at Acheron's profile and noticed something odd.
In the resistance section, it lists Resistance to Negative Status Inducement, but I can't find any actual justification for it beyond the description of the status effects themselves.
Am I missing something, or is there a specific reason why that resistance is listed?

Before 3.7 I was expecting a full cutscene of Irontomb putting belt to ass on everyone, but instead they decided to have us kill the suicidal character who doesn't even see himself as a person while the universe destroyer has a worse bossfight than a flying metal chicken they ai generated.

Funniest thing ever is that even in-verse they acknowledged how “hype” it was supposed to be when they were talking about “OMG, this is our first real space war!!!”

…just for it to end up being a single 5 minute fight, 1 minute of cool Nous lore ig and 2 billion word slop of Elysia’s resuscitated cadaver spamming random buzzwords so she can end up on some randos Mediatok post

It was hype enough for evernight to hide because she knew she’d have to fight another emanator

Maybe evernight meant that march would protect her while she hid in her soul
