    I think Town Level Ap because base Madara and Obito were mangekyo sharigan users and they were at that level. For Durability i think Multi-City Block level because Sasuke Katon damaged him and Sakura easily defeated him.

    The only changes i can see are Kakashi Island Level susanoo and Kaguya, Momoshiki, Hagoromo, Hamura and Prime Juubi with Moon level durability.

    I think even Kaguya durability should be downgraded because she was severely harmed by Naruto Super Tailed Beast Rasenshurikens.
