    DMUA was fine with the high-end, which was 127 Kilotons (although now it's 184 Kilotons for the high-end since the calc was redone by ChaosTheory)

    It wasn't stated but based on the environmental cues - mainly there being no debris and vapor being left behind, the vaporization value is assumed to be correct.

    All of the calcs can be found on the OP, but here. And ChaosTheory must have redone them after they were deleted like a month ago because they are not what I remember. Last I checked the Zero Hand high-end calc was 127 Kilotons.

    StrymULTRA actually brought this up for the Meruem calc and it came out to 100 Megatons instead of 500. Also the melting value was deemed correct by DMUA for the Rose Bomb calc.

    Pre-Rose is High 7-C, yes. Netero's Zero Hand was calced at around 127 Kilotons which was evaluated and accepted by DMUA, and Meruem tanked it pretty easily. Meruem already proved that his AP is above his durability.
