• Surgical Expert (His talent[59] in being a doctor has shown that he can identify the site of a hemorrhage from a mere glance and do a laparotomy in ten minutes, something which can be hard to determine sometimes requiring x-ray scans and can take up to an hour to do the surgery)

Ruin Abilities

• Likely Body Control (Seen removing[62] bullets from his body through his mouth)

Considering that before, Sick, the lowest seated MR UMA was deemed the "weakest" yet they were so strong that they almost stomped Pre-Soul learning Union, and a clone of Andy was needed to tip the odds in their favor.

Then later, the 101 Loop Union Gang started to learn how Souls work and managed to beat UMA Beast and Language with only a few people in their Quests.

I've seen posts back on reddit on this topic that the remaining MR's will also learn Soul or maybe get some sort of power buff, likely from God, just so they can balance back the fight in their favor. That, or even have the MR's be in a duo teamup so that it makes it even harder for Union to take them on since Beast and Language still gave them trouble even once they learned how to use their souls to increase the potency of their negation abilities.

I can see Soul changing how Soul's are interpreted so humans have to adapt while the mr will already understand it further than them. IIrc they said the quests will be harder so likely gonna see a two vs two.

These are pretty valid reasons given they've lost two Seated Uma's/Master Rules in I think is a pretty short period of time (well, depending how fast Fuuko and gang had to take in getting to where Nico and co were vs Lan).

And the fact both MR's even went Phase 3 and STILL got their butts kicked (albeit still with pretty great difficulty on Union's part), yeah the remaining MR's gotta step their game up from this point on starting with not underestimating them.
