Among the stronger dragon level monsters = Cadre level
He has the light manipulation of Homeless Emperor (to a lesser degree), high level durability, and high level regeneration. There aren't many dragons that we know of who can beat him in an all out battle.

Do you already have a profile in mind for Mirror? It would be nice to make a profile for Aggregation and Heavy Smoker too. It's a shame we haven't seen anything of the other dragon levels presented in this mini saga.

One thing i miss in mirror from the wc is the way his energy spheres pretty much seemed to erase matter as it went through buildings.
As in they went through almost any material leaving perfectly spherical holes as they went through

They added the regenerating ability, I think, taking inspiration from the webcomic and the nanomachines that regenerate the neo tower from any damage.

It's still possible to see something similar but different in the next chapter or in the next combat chapter... let's see even if I don't have much faith in this since it would mean doing visible damage in the area of city A and the new hero association

Seeing Chaintoad and Butterfly's movements reminds me of how superhuman certain heroes are in OPM; I forget how strong they are because the demon, dragon, and S-class level characters almost always steal the spotlight.
