Mr. Incredible is on the hunt for Soldier due to his illegal activity well Soldier is on the hunt for him for the same reasons when they end up finding each other​

Both at High 8-C

Fight takes place in Dorado

Speed is equalized

Both start 10 meters apart from each other

Fight ends in Death, K.O, or, Incap

Mr. Incredible knows that Soldier was once apart of Overwatch well Soldier knows about Mr. Incredibles glory days​

Mr. Incredible is superior to 8.9758 tons of TNT

Making Mr. Incredible 1.8x stronger, likely higher given he upscales

All solider has to do is head dink him a few times and GGs. Incredible has no way to protect himself whatsoever (no shield, no reflection, or anything).
Soldier, low diff.

Mr. Incredible has better reaction speed than Soldier due to speed equalization

Soldier being brought down to Mr. Incredibles Superhuman speed but Mr. Incredible retains his Subsonic reactions

and its implied that Mr. Incredible is bulletproof as he keeps a jar of "bullets that bounced off my chest"

so with his superior reactions and being implied to be bulletproof, i don't think it'll just be a few dinks GG.

said high 8-C bullets are nearly 2x weaker than Mr. Incredibles durability due to his upscale and his supersuit being far more durable than he himself is due to being undamaged by the Omnidroid v10 plus him having far greater reaction speed allowing him to react and dodge for cover

I'm like 90% sure the superhuman rating is for his travel speed while Subsonic is his combat/reaction speed, ig people just forgot to list it correctly

Literally all the feats listed for superhuman are travel speed feats. Also, there's a blatant electricity dodging feat listed even though it hasn't been calced for some reason

I don't think we consider headshot crits canon for overwatch and are just gameplay mechanics unlike tf2 + missiles can be reacted or just outright tanked due to being 2x weaker than him.

Soldier is only tens of meters and the Omnidroid V.10 has the same amount of range with Mr. Incredible still keeping up with it and hes incredibly acrobatic jumping over the Omnidroid v.8 like nothing and being able to leap several stories high in seconds.

if Mr. Incredible closes the distances with his acrobatics and on the fly thinking, he's beating Soldier down with a nearly 2x strength advantage and Class M lifting strength

thats not how Tactical Visor works, its not "aimbot" since Soldier still has to aim technically it just helps him pinpoint weak spots, scan surroundings, and allows for far more precise aiming than he'd normally be able to preform so it can still be reacted against esp given Mr. Incredible is a very competent fighter.

why would Mr. Incredible just let himself get lit up? he's been a supe for nearly a decade so hes obviously faced guns alongside obviously reacting with his superior reactions, protecting himself since his suit is bulletproof by blocking his head, or dodging for cover or leaping to higher ground which Dorado has.

imo its not as one sided as you're making it out to be, Soldier retains a range advantage but Mr. Incredible is likely incredibly use to fighting with a disadvantage like when he tries to throw the tree at syndrome and rush him down due to the range difference which Mr. Incredible can do here with cars and such that sit on the streets of Dorado
 
following, leaning heavily towards Mr. Incredible if 76's wincon is basically one thing, since (not taking stats into consideration for a moment), all he's done in his carreer is being able to beat some fellas usually impressive who have a gimmick
 
Soldier's piercing damage isn't the greatest but... I'm unsure if Bob is going to be doing a lot here

Soldier has: aimbot, can fight hordes of Bastion Units which can shred people far superior to him, can fight Gabriel Reyes to an incon in melee(who is an assassin, skill scales to Genji and his legion of BS skill feats, and is generally a badass in his own right), and frequently raids high-end facilities and solos gangs without getting hit.

A: You mean the gap that won't matter when Soldier unloads shots into his head before melee is even an option? Like by the time it takes Mr. Incredible to jump 10 meters, Soldier can have fired like two entire mags directly into his head. That will literally kill him and while Bob is tactical he ain't better than Mr. 5-man'd the entire Omnic Crisis.

Q: But in melee Soldier gets wrecked by LS!

A: And Mr. Incredible needs to go highly lethal/potentially lethal to do any lasting damage because Soldier regens. And that shit is fast.

76 seems more skilled and the regen could probably counter the Ap gap.

Well, as i've said before, Bob's whole career is danger-sense+creativity'ing his way out of any situation where his opponent had one offensive trick

So guy with gun who regens is not enough. Even if said guy has aimbot.
Usually, everyone knows Bob when fighting him too, but not always he knew about what his enemy does, so even with 76 being cool af and good af, this is familiar territory for Bob

And with that i vote Robert "Mr. Incredible" Parr giving 76 the Hunk treatment from the last CarcinogenSDA video, mid diff much like some of his fights

Except Jack's entire career was doing that+doing it to entire groups and organizations and not like 4 people max. Like this shit cannot be understated, Jack is literally more impressive in every skill/intelligence category by feats alone.

Not counting stuff we don't see, Bob's feats basically consist of facing multiple people/instances at once
Those flying kung lao hats on the forest scene, multiple arms and lasers from the bot made specifically to kill him, multiple superheroes on the boat scene...
Just the Omnidroid fights show us why he isn't instantly dying because of aimbot, since it was programmed with one, had a laser faster than Bob himself (and he still dodged them), and had an AI created to kill him in specific who learned by killing other supes.

Not only can Bob deal with aimbot but the match's location is giving him possible positions for either trying to shorten the distance by throwing rubble or hide and surprise him, most likely a combination of the two

And that aimbot evidently was not very good, because Bob literally aimdodged it with ease. Soldier: 76 actually knows how to use a firearm and will do this thing called leading his shots, espeically against someone who is known to like bouncing bullets off his chest.

But sure, let's play ball, has Mr. Incredible ever fought hundreds to thousands of units who could, if he was caught out even for half a second, shred him like he was nothing? I don't mean "Oh well he fought these multiple people he could generally no-sell or shrug off", I mean "If Bob is caught out even for an instant, he dies".

And you know that situation I just described? Basic infantry. The Omnic Crisis version of Cannon Fodder. And I know for a fact neither Incredibles movie does 1/1000th of that sort of BS.

To be fair on Reaper, Jack really, REALLY can't fight him solo once Reyes became Reaper, though he can still hold his own.

He's literally in turf Jack knows. This really isn't going to help him because Jack will literally outmaneuver him with superior awareness and knowledge.

I'm not saying Bob is unskilled for the record, I'm saying compared to Jack his skill is a lot more... brute force/strength based against someone used to that, and even his tricky stuff, Jack does better.

He can go toe to toe with Reaper who grossly outskills both Sombra and Widow, though in his new form he is weaker than Reaps.

Sometimes yeah. Combination of skill, tactics, and using his damn brain. I say this because the original strike team did pull off holdouts and shit, and that basically means Blizzard Captain America had done the stupid crazy shit doing holdouts against an endless army of omnics, some of which are even stronger than the Bastion Units.

I feel like its likely that they just had bad aim or he got lucky like in this scene. It seems unlikely that he can dodge bullets from like hundreds of bastion units at once, unless you think Jack can do this

I'm still gonna vote Soldier because he just shoots his head. There's a deleted scene included in the home release of Incredibles 2 where Bob runs away from bullets and asks Edna what caliber rounds are being used, implying he's not super bulletproof. Furthermore, Soldier 76's rounds are High 8-C projectiles with a small surface area and that should be enough to pierce Bob
