Helloooo, could i ask a question?
1:
It's about 2 characters A (The original from the main universe) and B (From an alternate universe). Basically, B got delated from existance since A "decided" to go to his universe. Since B got delated A took his place in the plot, not figuratively, but literally—A took B place in the plot of his universe (Plot Governs Info 2 and Concept 2). Some time after A decides to change into another a forma and then B can go back into existence.
Would that be High Godly Regenetation?
2:
But.... things gets a little tricky after B returns.
B says that the reason he ceased to exist is because the same person cannot exist twice in the same universe, so it is implied that A's existence took precedence over B's, causing B to be erased from existence (This is later seen at another point in the story, where A is summoned to another alt universe because other versions of him—despite having the same powers—cannot go to the Main Universe, as they would be erased.)
This would limit the regeneration or directly null the regeneration since appers to be a cosmology thing, or a 3rd option?
I'm sorry if this sounds confusing right now; if you have any questions, I'll try to answer them as best I can.
Thanks for your time!

I'm assuming the creator didn't end up restarting then
