Valvatorez likely wouldn't solo just because he'd promise to fight fair and would refuse to break that promise.
But if he just woke up one morning and decided, "**** these three planets in particular" then there's nothing the HST can do to really stop him.
He's above the clouds so no, he's not at the base for that feat. I will agree it does look like he jumped a few miles depending on how much of Targon sticks out above the clouds.
Izzat the feat which neglected to mention the temple he was jumping to was over halfway up the mountain? Which by necessity halved the result to supersonic?
Seems like the new champion's going to be about drawing on the map to choose her abilities.
She'll have 3 sets- based on where she chooses to draw power from on the map.
I don't think Garen's ever used his ultimate in-lore. Unless the comics had him use it (haven't yet bought the Lux and Garen ones) it's game-only barring A Twist of Fate.
That's kinda silly. Why not just have Willpower as its own page? There is literally zero manipulation in the feat. I'd be more inclined to call it some manner of Immortality even before calling it Manipulation.
Frankly that's the expected pattern.
Release strong, overnerf, then adjust back to normal.
or
Release weak, overbuff, then adjust back to normal.
In particular with a champion you can't damage for a good chunk of the game- weaker was definitely the better start.
I have seen nothing but endless whining about Lux and Ezreal being in this skinline on the boards- guess they expect the two most anime-like characters League has to NOT be part of the anime skin-line?
Nautilus' feat is probably still subsonic or less. They have to sacrifice coins when they set out which means they'll be in shallower water compared to the actual ocean floor. Not to mention no timeframe.
Edit: Story states they were almost back. It's also told by an in-verse source and Riot...
Also universe blatantly does have non-canon stuff on it such as alternative concept art, behind the scenes videos, and even an entire tab for alt universe. Being on universe alone doesn't make it canon.
That said, the trailers aren't canon no, because often people die in them that aren't dead...
@Regis
Regardless of how right or wrong you think yourself or others are- throwing shade everywhere is just going to get you banned again. And then you're not going to be participating in these discussions on-site, again.
It's not difficult- all you have to do is not insult everyone. The odd...
I mean I was fine lumping everyone who didn't have better feats down to subsonic to avoid further debate but admittedly after reading Shadow and Fortune, Regis has a point, there's no real scaling there. For the most part everyone is using guns to attack and guns don't have reaction times and...
What's the "WHAA?" for if not Ekko reacting to the gun being there? It's a still-frame panel and we go from Ekko reacting to the gun to all figures in the scene no longer in the same position and the gun firing. Low-end he was already moving prior to the gun firing. High-end he still couldn't...
It's admittedly not a very good dodge- if it's even dodging since the guy hit Ekko's tech. If said tech wasn't there to deflect the round the man might well have hit Ekko himself.
He visisbly reacted to the gun before it fired too, meaning it falls into aimdodging regardless.
I agree that as a general speed rating champions should be subsonic to supersonic under the understanding that dodging bullets normally after fired puts you as supersonic while dodging arrows after fired makes you subsonic.
Most League champions can easily deal with arrows yet bullets require...
You going to actualy count all the people that disagreed with you? Thus far I've only seen you count those who agree but never counted those that didn't. Which no offense comes across as bias because there's been more than just two people disagreeing with some of these feats and your claims...
I said 'somewhat' shady though perhaps it's not the correct word. Isn't the point of the blog to have an "official" discussion of feats so that anyone when looking at links and such can find it?
Agnaa already asked about the sort of thing I would expect being a consequence of that, Assalt said...
You know, this is some annoying and somewhat shady stuff to be discussing feats outside the blog made for discussing said feats.
@Agnaa while I'm not Assalt I will point out the listed bullet feats in the blog:
For Miss Fortune allows for aimdodging and the shooter being unskilled with the...
@Hykuu
While true, Galio's lore also states he's only been activated a few handfuls of times, which doesn't really make sense for him to have battled Sion a thousand times in that case.
In addition Galio's own line seems to imply his and Sion's battle, if it were to happen as he speaks in...
Interesting suggestion, care to back it? Because Galio's only quote related to Sion I can find is:
"Hahaha! Ours would be a fight for the ages! They'd find pieces of us for miles around!"
Which suggests they did not, ever, fight as of yet. 'Would' is future tense. Granted Galio's quotes...
@Agnaa
Bearing in mind they have quotes for defeating specific enemies and even dying themselves plus buying items they'd never have. Quotes really don't automatically make canon.
Not to mention it could just be wrong. Sion insists death trembles in fear of him too. Read his Story snd tell me...
That's more a case-by-case basis. Many champions haven't had their quotes updated since after the Summoner retcon for example and a good chunk of them are references to other franchises or breaking the 4th wall for another. Also some obviously just never meet up- Lux straight-up has a quote...
Rules that aren't written down and only invoked when you don't like something are not rules- they're excuses.
Starting to see why Reigis gets so uppity.
Well evidently I in my great untrustworthiness am not fit for a blog so you'll have to supply your own evidence teasers are 100% canon.
That said here I have the Lead Narrative Director stating, "We're not usually beholden to teasers as sources of lore" which means teasers aren't a source of...
Sivir is barely conscious for most of Bloodline so I'm curious how she's supposed to scale to Taliyah for it.
@Agnaa Scathlocke stated teasers are typically not canon. The Akali video is basically abridged lore.
Akali's bio states Shen let her leave without a fight so I'd take that video with...
