4-C Dark Gaia?

I paricularly like Dark Gaia, but I haven't seen any proof as to why Perfect Dark Gaia would be 4-C. If you have legit proof then please let me know.

Dark Gaia has a calc that puts it at Large Planet level, but is also scaled to Super Sonic, who is empowered by the Chaos Emeralds, which IIRC have a 4-A feat in Sonic Battle on the GBA.

@Dark Yes. Except one minor thing.

Chaos Emeralds don't have a 4-A feat. A machine of Eggman's which is explicitly weaker than the Chaos Emeralds, has a 4-A feat.

Well, it's implied. Not explicit.

Well if Dr. Eggman has this machine he uses to perform 4-A feats, then is always like "I need the Chaos Emeralds" and goes on about how they will be his key to ultimate power, I'd see that as rather explicit that the CE are meant to be stronger than his weapons. But that's just semantics.
