You cant restrict powers that dont effect tiering. Also Dio has what is basically passive plot, fate and probability hax. And an hour of time stop.

Seems kinda stompy in the opposite direction now. Dont think there's many shounen characters Dio can have a fair fight given AP and hax discrepencies.

>okay should be fair now tbh really dont think it is, Dio can just stop time, then like, punch him trillions of times with his free, spammable hour of time stop. Not withstanding his other powers like soul cloning, his high regen (can come back from being reduced to a spray of blood so fast that he can be turned into a pray and is already fully healed by the time the next punch is thrown, was even said to have came back from vaporization when fighting Kars), plus he has all his Part 1 abilities but on steroids.

Plus he has precognition, that shit is helpful.

The last match was stompish, and this one is to in the opposite direction.
