Carnage and basically a lot of characters with healing, Regenerationn, Resurrection, biological manipulation or specific resistance to diseases say hi.

Or inorganic/non-matter characters basically cannot get infected in the first place.

Yeah but, before the match would he be instead outside? Or always inside Raphtalia? That is what confuses me. Since Oblivion's point was that Raphtalia could attack from the past.

Okay. How fast a cancer cell can spread and how well Raphtalia can search for and kill the cancer cell(s).

I dunno if Raphtalia knows what cancer is and what does it do but for Cancer it isnt much of a issue since he's basically doing his thing to any other people.

We can estimate how fast can a baby or weaker than that get infected by cancer before Raphtalia knows what cancer is capable of

She attacks it at a time before it entered her body, as she can make at least an infinite number of attacks before cancer can do anything to her even while inside of her body, add onto the fact that she can send her attacks back in time.
