I was reading through the Gravity Fall's cosmology blog (which is honestly really well thought out) and I think that Bill should be High Hyperversal simply because he was stated he was going to destroy the fabric of existence. This should include The Multiverse in Gravity Falls cosmology.
This would all qualify for High Hyperversal instead of just Hyperversal since the can "significantly affect, create and/or destroy infinite-dimensional space"
Now if you think that this a highball and he should just scale to the Multiverse itself Bill is massively above the Shaktron which is powered by the interdimensional portal that can shake the Nightmare Realm
Overall Bill should just have his Attack Potency changed from Hyperversal to High Hyperversal
- The Multiverse: 1-B (12-D), due to infinite dimensions being consistently reffered as being whole universes, with said universes being different space-time continuums with also their own set of spatial dimensions, as shown by Exwhylia or Trilazzxx Beta being part of it.
This would all qualify for High Hyperversal instead of just Hyperversal since the can "significantly affect, create and/or destroy infinite-dimensional space"
High 1-B: High Hyperverse level
Characters or objects who can significantly affect, create and/or destroy infinite-dimensional space. Characters who can meddle with spaces with uncountably infinite or above dimensions should have a "+" modifier in their Attack Potency section (High Hyperverse level+).Now if you think that this a highball and he should just scale to the Multiverse itself Bill is massively above the Shaktron which is powered by the interdimensional portal that can shake the Nightmare Realm
- The Nightmare Realm: 1-B (14-D), as it's an infinite-sized higher plane that contains the Multiverse as an infinitesimal part of itself, due to it being a Bulk that is both between and outside all the dimensions of the Multiverse, other than also having a higher time dimension.
Overall Bill should just have his Attack Potency changed from Hyperversal to High Hyperversal
