Dante does have Dura Neg on that key, this is post DMC3, which is after DMC Volume 1, where the feat comes from.

Can 5D Invulnerability stop Dura-neg?

Power Nullification (Can nullify any one power from his opponent that he himself possesses)

dont think this is passive at all, anyway if it is, it wouldnt work with the soul manip, cus it says he needs to possess said power to nullify it
