Is the Monarch even affected by time itself?
Does it count for the Myxozoa to reproduce? It's a parasyte that lives inside fishes, so I assume it doesn't have a long lifespan
At the end it's not even a battle, it's more of a survival contest while both live their own life.

From what I'm aware of the Myxozoa is a virus and not a singular being so yes
