I want to know about Blazblue resistance to Quantum Manipulation, That can be used as resists to Matter Manipulation too? Did Quantum Manipulation is in terms of Matter Manipulation?

yes cause rearraging a far more fundamental structure of like....... anything is more potent than something larger since you can change it to something completely different. Quantum is the cream of the crop for matter hax as it's almost borderline warping reality itself as well given how some other characters in fiction have shown with this hax.
