About crossover versions and scaling

depends......... is it canon to both sides or just one?, if it is. yes, if not. no.

The crossover is canon to only one.
But the character who done the feat in his canon do the same in the crossover. He have the same AP and durability as his canon version (do the same AP/durability), but the others stats are featless in the crossover.

It cannot be one-sidedly Canon, both verses have to reference Eachother or have some specific type of excuse to explain why the Crossover happened and why one verse does not recognize it at first.
For Example: Game-Sonic's Mega And Gems Collection instates Archie Comics And other media as a place in the series, Game Sonic is another timeline and different dimension in Archie. The Majority Of The Mods/Administrators (Low-Upper Mid Tier) Disagrees With Game Sonic Feats Scaling Upwardly Because Of Their Resentment Towards Crossover Scaling.
Another would be World's Collide Part 1 And 2 (Part 2 is worlds unite): Worlds Unite Recognizes Both Archie-Verse And Capcom-Verse Canon To Eachother so Their Feats scale as well. Archie-Sonic is already displayed as Uber-Overpowered and a lot of people complained about his stats so the mods/administrators pushed him up to 2B-2A because of such, it's consistent.
Even if it does work, you need to convince the mods/admins to make changes and it's very unlikely since I'm trying to do it right now.
