Is there a particular reason for why several of the biotics and tech fighters (such as Jack, Sare and Kai) have MCB AP with their biotic powers, but only City Block durability with their barriers? The power of their barriers is even explicitly referenced in the biotic characters' AP sections (for some reason), so this seems to make little sense in my eyes.
