The metal manipulation thing is just density manipulation. He can run on water just because he's fast, you just have to be Subsonic, not water manipulation at all. Same with the supposed "weather manipulation", it's just a result of his speed. Pocket reality manipulation makes no sense, nor energy projection.

1 and 2: What I gather from the 2nd scan is that the thing is weak to a certain frequency...I guess.

3: The science of that makes no sense so...possible air manip.

4: This could actually be a few possibilities. Either, the lightning that he runs with (which is very unlikely), the force with which he runs because of his speed, or he hit the ice with MFTL+ speeds cuz he can just do that.

Also sorry for the late response, I thought I left a comment here, I agree with the OP with nearly everything Air manip, the flash is just moving so fast that his hands/body acts like a vortex, most of the time he's just moving in a circle to create a whirlwind

Also, you said the memories of wally existing was erased from the flash, yet he later remembers him, ???????, not sure how that makes sense chronologically, or we can just assume that speedsters aren't effected by things such as temporal distruptions on a minor scale.

I sort of agree with the resistance to mind manip, as gorilla grodd said,flash's mind is literally trying to calculate infinite possibilites at every moment in combat , It takes some serious mental power to be able to reach beyond that

During Flashpoint pandora uses barry to recreate a universe stated to be a multiverse in convergence

Barry erases everything pre flashpoint accedentally through saving his mom including coie antimonitor, pre 52 incarnation of supes, mmh, hal jordan, the green lantern corps

she used barry in the sense that she used his time travel hijinks in order to create the post flashpoint multiverse, which she is keeping together.

he did that via a chain reaction, he didn't literally create a universe.

Just to note I haven't looked at all the feats but some of the scans are n52 and others are rebirth so you would have to separate in keys like the other characters I believe.
