Rule two if added will cause a lot of needless debating in threads about "what counts as outside help" so I disagree with it

That would mean you are in favor of allowing all outside help. Any character the can be present on the stage can just randomly join in. If a completly unrelated cosmic entity has an opinion it will start to battle as well.

You do superman vs goku and the fight is decided by Mister Mxyzptlk joining in, cause he wants to.


That just really is no good way to debate battles. No outside influence is a rule that in some form is necessary and, as said, already present just not written down.

So do I read the thread right if I say that at large this seems to be accepted?

If nobody wants to say anything further about it I will add an updated text that incorporates the things debated here to the page later today or tomorrow.
