Yes it does fall under that. I'm not making that fallacy I'm saying that it's an author avatar. An example of this would be https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/The_Writer.Js250476 said:

Author avatars are usually not allowed. But there are exceptions, like the writer and luminous being, due to them being essential to the cosmology.

The Writer is an exception to our general approach to author avatars, due to that it was so closely linked to Monitor-Mind The Overvoid, but in general we should not allow them, as detailed in our Reality - Fiction Interaction rules. We cannot have a system wherein real people are routinely supposed to be compared with words and pictures.
