I also think that this seems fine. Ugarik is reliable. We need a bit more input first though.
 
The calc seems fine, agree with the downgrade.
 
I do kinda want someone to calc Budo's storm to see if it can yield any okay results

I expect it to be like High 7C or so but a good supporting feat would be nice.

That doesn't look like it's going into the distance at all considering the walls of the Colosseum in the way

I ended up getting DMUA, the same guy who did the generic Storm Calc list to actually look over the Storm to see if it produces any decent results

According to him, Budo's storm is a very solid condensation end of CAPE, which is 5.4 Megatons

Is it okay to re add this to the profiles?
 
Only if you have a calculation in blog post format, and it has been accepted by the calc group.
 
Well the blog itself has already been accepted, since this thing falls into the standard storm calc, and the feat looks like it should fit
 
Aha. Well, then it should probably be fine.
