There was a thread that re-justified him being Low 1-C but was just never applied for months. Kind of like how Modern Sonic's profile has had him at 4-C for months even though the calculation for it is High 4-C

Idk about Alien X, but assuming it's 2-A, the only thing that could work is the EE, however Discord is getting Low-Godly Regeneration and also the guy doesn't really need a body to do his thing, so it could complicate things to X.

Discord loves to start with Power Nullification, Mind Manipulation, Reality Warping, and blatantly ignores the durability of his opponents, as well as being extremely creative with his abilities.
