Basically because every macrocosm is the same and we have Kai who possibly has Bulma saying that Heaven is the size of the Universe

Right, but even if we accept the combined space being three-times the size of the observable universe, that'd still only make the Supreme Kai Realm a third the size of the observable universe.

If the Living World is 1 (1 = universal size), then unless you can prove Other World is 9, the Supreme Kai Realm, which is a tenth of the two's combined size, cannot also be 1.

Heaven is sorta a speck in the Afterlife considering how it's not even visible for the most part, so 9 is a pretty big understatement of Other World.

Genuinely asking, have we ever seen a character look up to Heaven before?
I only ask because Daizenshuu pretty firmly establishes that the three worlds making up Other World form a "perfectly vertical hierarchy".

Given that heaven is literally located above snakeway and king kai planet we were shown how Goku looks up,sideways and in every direction during his time on snakeway and king kai planet yet we can't see heaven at all I think Goku also mentions this in the otherworld tournament filler that how he wasn't able to see heaven.

that's for the manga, but it's irrelevant now, since the cosmological elements are shared throughout most DB stuff (except for the games)
Hence the manga has Heaven as universal sized now

And located towards the center of Other World.
Unless you're referencing TV anime filler material, the only time Goku "looks up" presumably towards Heaven's direction is while falling alseep off-panel. He does look downwards towards the barrier of clouds separating the Kai Realm and Hell, and he does look upwards towards King Kai's Planet; however, the North Kai's Planet is located the edge of the Kai Realm, and if you are viewing the planet from Snake Way, you'd be facing away from Heaven.
You think? I think that even if we did use the map to scale the dimensions of Other World and only acknowledged Heaven as to-scale, you'd only end up with a space roughly seven times larger than Heaven. That would make the Supreme Kai Realm (0.8) Multi-Galactic+, I think?

Still doesn't counter my point if a body is as big as a universe it should take a significant space of afterlife yet it doesn't
Refer to my point above a universal structure would take a decent amount of space of afterlife and should be still visible somewhat from king kai planet if it wasn't really that big enough the fact that it just completely disappears in its vastness proves the point that afterlife is that huge filler point is moot cause cosmology are now composite
We don't use map to scale it there is already an accepted calc for it

Not based off the map that was long since rejected. It's based off the anime depiction of the realm being so large a universally sized planet (heaven) disappears in its vastness, which got calced to be kinda big. That's what justifies the Kaioshin realm being 3-A even if it's just a tenth of that realm

The only important link is the YouTube video because only the YouTube video evidences the thesis; the calculation is formed around the idea Heaven is never visible from within the sky—(1) ignoring the fact that Toriyama had not created a design for Heaven until 1995, when the ninth and final season of Z began airing; and (2) ignoring the fact that, again, Goku is not facing the direction of Heaven—and the only evidence to prove said idea Torrus provided is dead.
