But that's not solar system level (and Buu's bits is post Cell, I also think it's not necessarily prural)
I understand Broly, I just don't believe in his scaling, because from the beginning he seemed superior to everyone, when he was starting out small (he defeats Vegeta with one blow) Broly wasn't taking him seriously, he probably wasn't using his full power
Broly beat them so badly (Vegeta with one blow) that everyone would prefer to be with any other previous movie villain. Within the Abriged movie it is made clear that no one came close to him in power level.
Where the hell is Garlick Jn's feat. (I don't remember his movie well), he doesn't do anything in his episode, and the Kai version is not canon
The
mention of KaioShin probably refers to Kid Buu, not Fat Buu, and unfortunately, we never see Goku SS3 being comparable to Kid Buu in the Buu Bits,
only fighting Fat Buu (Also,
Goku literally says that Kid Buu is stronger than him and Vegeta.)
That the series reaches Galactic levels, they do (Kid Buu, Super Buu [any Buu above this], Gohan [Possibly Gotenks], Vegetto, Broly), but Goku just... doesn't get there, never gets to scale to some galactic/multigalactic and prior to that I don't know how many multipliers are valid in the series, that is, if there are enough for it to even reach the Solar System
Depending on how it goes, we could very well just have a multi-stellar Cell in Abriged.
I can't believe we can have a serious discussion of Abriged power scaling, and I love it
