Affecting timelines, he's still tapping into 5D dimensionalities, so, shouldn't he scale to it? If you can interact with 5D objects, shouldn't you logically be 5D as well? So affecting the timeline itself would still be 5D? And why would the "past" and "future" be different timelines and not the same timeline?
By "affecting" i meant "reaching", aka range

Well, imo, a "possibly/Eventually low 1-C" would suffice because he was clearly going to take over the entire timelines if not stopped by zeno, and time frame doesnt matter, it scales anyway, beerus even said he was affecting the present timeline, and zeno thought the ENTIRE world needed to be erased to get rid of him. Zeno wasn't even that mad either it seemed, he likely just thought that was the BEST way to deal with it, which scales IZ to the timeline.

If they are characters from DBH and DBXV they cannot receive infinite speed because there is counter evidence of the Universes being infinite, this is because of Super being treated as canon to the games and Toei's cosmology, super cosmology refutes the Universe being infinite, so unless we have a CRT for canon we wouldn't have Infinite Universe games, that's why there wasn't an update for the games.
