I don’t agree with High 3-A Frieza scaling but everyone being High 3-A, Frieza Saga and forward, doesn’t cause many problems.

99% of DBS characters are 2-C but they still have multiple keys for different reasons

Baba Broli should scale from his ki force field yeah, but he shouldn’t scale to the full Frieza calc since he wasn’t in the center of the explosion (but still a good addition to his durability segment)

We don’t know where Broly and Paragus are when it gets destroyed, you can make low balled estimates (like the longest possible distance between them and the blast) but I highly doubt it’ll be anywhere near Toei King Vegeta’s current AP
