Hey, you talk about immeasurable speed by Goku's movement in Hit's Toki Tobashi and some things. What about Jiren, who can move when Hit used time cage on him. His time should be equal to zero in that moment, that's why he shouldn't be possible to move. But he can move in that state, and we have statement that Jiren is surpassing time. Its not look just as resist, cuz time cage effect isn't weakened from Jiren's power, it's Jiren can move due to his power. Like, we didn't give ability to resistance to gravity if character resist it by his physical strength.
Also, Jiren should have Extraordinary Genius by surpassing Goku... Also like Hit or Vegeta i think. All Goku battle skills was nothing to Jiren's Ki control, but Vegeta found the way to damage him and evade his attacks. And in SH Whis said Vegeta thinks correct about that things...
Well, its just what i think about that all.

Vegeta should absolutely be E.G and its an actual joke that he isn't when he straight up out fought and beat Goku base to base.

I think it's just that Toei didn't expect Toriyama to make SSJ so easy to turn into, but they have confirmed twice that the events of Namek within the canon of the film the events played out identically to canon, which means as weird as it sounds, yeah, Goku not going SSJ like he normally could and turning into it "for the first time seemingly" in the film just is Toei being weird.

They're always like this, Toei loves for the characters to sandbagg in weaker forms, when in the manga the base form was never used again for fights once they got Super Saiyan and by the Buu Saga regular Super Saiyan was only used by people who couldn't go higher at the time.

I mean, Goku just casually switched back and forth the form in the battle against Freezer when he gave up in the fight, though I guess they didn't know at the time.

I mean, I would imagine not. Goku's eye color in his design was barely solified by that point, because Toriyama when first making it just had the hair up (as seen in Lord Slug) then made it blonde with red eyes (as seen in many prototype designs, which were even used on Cooler's Revenge Posters) before finally focusing onto one specific design (Blonde and Blue Eyes). The film also blatantly reused a cut of Goku's power up and attack against Frieza in the film, so I wouldn't be surprised if they straight up just weren't aware.

I like to think this was Goku's first time using Super Saiyan after Namek in this alternate dimension, so he couldn't go to that mental head space of rage on his own.

Yeah the Z movies are known for mimicking moments or plot points in sagas. It can be said for pretty much all of them (except the Broly films I guess?)

It’d be his fourth, probably? In the Toei Filler when (what is implied to be Goku is testing IT) he manifests as a SSJ. That would be his second. In the Cooler films Mecha Frieza and Trunks’ killing of him is stated to happen. That would be his third when he appears and tests the Time Traveller, since it happens pre-Cooler’s Revenge. Still high on the list of times, but not exactly the second.

The specification is "Your potential/the power you would have gotten in that time."
What this implies is just that (as silly as it may sound) Gas and Granolah would have learned superior IT in/by their old age, Moro's Magic, Hakai, etc. naturally had they lived normal lives and full lifespans rather than compressing and gaining their future power in the present.
