I forgot that Kai getting accepted as canon to Super anime basically undid all the nerfs uncompositing the cosmolgies would've done.
Obviously this will still be made needlessly painful for all supporters involved but this is Dragon Ball so it's the nature of the beast

Why would they need to change anything? Kai being accepted as canon to Super prevents any downgrades from uncompositing cosmologies. There was nothing big to really change profile wise.
The purpose of uncompositing the cosmologies was to downgrade, but after the attempt to return the macrocosms to 3A was debunked and rejected, and Kai was accepted as canon to Super, there isn't anything to downgrade.

I've said it before, DB fans are extremely lazy and when they do something they take a long time, so i doubt very much that this will happen.

I agree obviously, but not many characters with relevant Super scaling also share the same profile with their own Z era counterparts, Future Trunks and maybe Gohan are the biggest ones.
There was stuff to do of course, but that also brings up if a character has enough material to justify their own profile and shit.
