Toei is already accepted as having an infinite Universe, now all that's missing is canon, but it was already rejected a while ago, i would really like to see the Universe being infinite in size.

Not really, Broly has radiation resistance in his profile and Broly is able to survive in the vacuum of space which contains strong radiation.
Garou would just be a cockroach in Broly's path

Garou's radiation cannot affect people who already have radiation resistance, Blast mentions this in the manga and only killed weak characters

He only killed weak people who weren't even at Goku's level in the saga Saiyajins, Most of them didn't even die and it takes a long time to kill, the effects only leave you bald and cause you to spit blood.
