Honestly, **** it.

Mercenary Tao, being the "world's strongest man", is >1.50156367591 Yottatons.
Korin's training only doubled Goku's abilities, meaning Post-Tournament Saga Goku is >750.781838 Zettatons.
Roshi and Korin's trainings increased Goku's abilities (10) by "nearly twenty-times" (180), meaning Pilaf Saga Goku is 9x weaker. >83.4202042 Zettatons.
The average Earthling has a Battle Power of 5, which is half as much as Pilaf Saga Goku's, making them >41.7101021 Zettatons (Low 5-B+).

Simple, characters with blatant mftl+ feats are tagged by the solar flare, and 22nd Budokai Goku can evade it from Tien, but characters like 2nd Form Frieza can't against Krillin, so it can't be consistently SoL speed, nor can it consistently be a stagnant 1c speed. And before you say it a third time, argument from silence.

"blatant MFTL+ feats"and those blatant MFTL+ speed feats are?using the ki scaling, yes.
because in no moment of DBZ the characters had a direct MFTL+ speed feat unless it was upscaling from the speed based on power level.
Goku already knew about that technique, and he "evade it"by grabing the glasses of Roshi (instead of closing his eyes, or not looking at the attack).

Piccolo, Base Vegeta, and Jiren out-speeding or tagging space-ships that can cross intergalactic distances in a short time frame. Imperfect Cell being a threat to all life in the galaxy/or universe, which, judging by his peak life-span should make him mftl-mftl+. The anime continuity has even more of these feats, but I digress. And why should other characters not be mftl+ from upscaling from others based off superior ki? This is a baffling argument.

Hey wise guy, what's quicker, blocking your eyes in reaction to the attack, or running to one side of the arena and back while the attack is taking place?

I'm not gonna further entertain this, you're legit just trying to cause discourse here for like the 7th time lmaoo

There are several scenes where Goku spends a few seconds in the vacuum of space, and that would be enough to cause terrible damage in the first few seconds.

Goku may not have demonstrated the ability to stay in space for long periods, but from what he has demonstrated, the vacuum certainly acts much less violently on him.

From what we know, it actually does take a while for vacuum to start wrecking you

A normal human would survive for 30 seconds in a vacuum and be conscious for 14

Super feat, not DB or DBZ feat.
all the villains have that statements...ALL OF THEM.
mostly because Ki is not linear for both strength and speed and there are several examples of this being the case.
like Goku hitting akuman with a great speed but then saying that he didn't hit him with all of his strenght.
or when Krillin used the ki attack agains the saibaman, Piccolo said that the attack had tremendous power but it lacked speed.
Ginyu considers Burter as the fastest in the universe (even if the power difference is three times) and although in the end we know that he clearly wasn't, Ginyu clearly considers him as faster than himself, even Jeice who has a similar power to Burter considers Burter as faster than himself.
Ginyu said that Goku was faster than him even when Goku didn't use the kaioken (and only had 90,000).
after Ginyu took Goku body, he mentions that it is fast (even when the power it had was lower in general, Ginyu considered faster than his other body).
when Goku was fighting Frieza, he recognize that his speed was greater than his, and he was also previosly aware that his power was greater, but only mentioned the speed after Frieza increased his power in general.
When Piccolo faced Frieza in his third form, Frieza mentions that after taking off his clothes (Piccolo) he became faster, even Piccolo later says that no matter what Frieza does, he won't catch him if he doesn't have speed (although we know that he was blitzed, that doesn't mean that he wasn't aware of the difference in power and speed, and that they are not linear).
when he fought against 17, Piccolo mentions that his punches lacked power, but he was still very fast, even 18 says that they both had similar power.
After Cell became semi-perfect, he mentions that thanks to 17, his speed is magnificent and then wonders what his strength will be like, again, even the characters recognize within the verse how speed and strength are not linear.
the most infamous example being the when Trunks used the super saiyan grade 3, and he got a massive power, but it is clearly stated that he was slow, and he lacked speed.
then Cell commits the same mistake has Trunks (even trunks mentions it)by saying that althought he increased his power, he lacked speed.
in the buu saga, althought Gohan knows that Buu power is greater than him, his speed won't be otherwise (yes he was wrong on that, but again, it means that he knows that speed and power are not one on one or linear, like everyone else).
when Piccolo wanted to proof the speed of Gotenks, Gotenks turns into super saiyan and crosses all the earth in movements (which will be worthless to do if the power increase of 50 made clear that his power, speed, defense and stuff increased all by 50).

blocking your eyes, also the attack clearly had a big delay time if Goku was able to go for the glasses.
