Someone should make a really huge crt for this, it's way past time for ki to be a concept, just Goku and co's ki interacting with infinite Zamasu proves that it can affect abstract things.

We can at least make Ki CM 3 via it governing one's basically everything (Mind, Soul, etc.) But it would be pretty hard to get it passed, possibly harder than soul thread.

Ki being a concept will not grant every Ki user concept manipulation anyway. Such as how emptions being a concept does not grant every empathic manipulation user conceptual manipulation. And no one has shown to manipulate the concept of ki, so…

You do not need that, you know? If Ki gets accepted as a conceptual energy then everyone would get it via being capable of manipulating a conceptual energy (which 99.9% chars on DB can control Ki so...)

I think it would be time for someone to at least try this, ki is linked to practically everything, it's time for conceptual manipulation in the verse ( i certainly wouldn't get involved in this fight )

You are talking about an entirely different thing right here. One thing is say the concept of Ki is type 3 or 2 and another entirely different thing is saying that every and any ki manipulation involves manipulating the abstract concept of ki, rather than an emanation from it.
You can say Ki is abstract and governs all things in the world of Dragon Ball, yeah. And that characters in the world of Dragon Ball use said concept to manipulate the chi within them and use it to attack. That is literally how every UES works.
Other thing is claiming that all attacks of Ki consist in manipulating the concept of Ki and that every attack works on a conceptual level. Something that is not supported anywhere in the work.
Interacting with Zamasu is NPI, not "a proof of Ki every Ki attack being conceptual manipulation".
One's ki ≠ The concept of Ki. To put it simply, is like the difference between erasing the universal concept of soul and erasing one's soul. One is conceptual manipulation, the other is just soul manipulation.
Ki works like that. And, well, one's ki being erased because of Hakai is because Ki is one's soul/spirit, and Hakai erases the soul.

Ki = Conceptual energy (If it gets accepted). Type doesn't matter
Controlling Ki = Controlling the concept = Conceptual Manipulation. Easy to understand , right?
I have NO idea what the hell are you talking about with "Concept of Ki" What does that even mean and why it's relevant to topic?
