DB Ki page has levels of mastery. If we could do the same with martial arts, that would stop users from giving everyone a Master Martial Artist ranking.

Yes, but obviously, Ultra Instinct is a uniquely advanced technique existing outside of the normal boundaries of martial arts, considering the technique originates from and is the specialty of the Angels. We're not throwing every "martial arts technique" in the page for ***** and giggles.

Martial arts in the Dragon World 100% can be indexed. Granted, none of the "prominent" schools of martial arts are as established as the Turtle School is, but even without school-specific skills, the series has introduced a number of different abilities and techniques shared throughout different levels of martial arts training we can look for. Like, every senn'in-level fighter possesses a level of Telepathy; every "master" should possess multiple, if not all four types of Acrobatics and possibly even Supernatural Willpower, based off of the training required to reach master-level throughout the series; even basic "experts" like King Chappa are capable of freely creating afterimages, and virtually every fighter has Superhuman Physical Characteristics.

Well, he had to exert force against the attack to, theoretically, repel it.
To be honest, I don't know how flexible that lifting strength is.
