I am highly confident that if we open a thread about upgrading the macrocosm in Dragon Ball to 5D, there is a strong chance it will succeed. It is illogical to consider it merely 4D when it contains within it infinite-sized four-dimensional realms, different dimensions, and separate spaces. For example, the Afterlife alone includes Heaven, which is infinite in size, and the issue is that the Afterlife itself dwarfs Heaven to nothing despite Heaven being infinite. Even the Afterlife should logically contain a higher spatial dimension, yet it is still treated as four-dimensional.
If the macrocosm contains multiple infinite-sized 4D realms that are separated by different structures and dimensions, and each possesses its own time or temporal structure, then logically it would require a higher spatial dimension to contain and separate these structures. A standard 4D structure cannot logically contain multiple infinite-sized 4D structures, dimensions, and realms with different laws unless the macrocosm itself possesses a higher spatial dimension to encompass all of this.
Therefore, if we add a higher spatial dimension to contain those realms, in addition to the temporal dimension, this would make the macrocosm a five-dimensional (5D) structure. Otherwise, the situation appears contradictory.
