Another Stupid Match. Thomas the Tank Engine vs SCP-871

Thomas runs 871 over

871 instantly restores itself

Thomas is unable to ever destroy 871 and 871 eventually kills Thomas by crushing the planet

I mean, how can you determine what is "human"? Could Persona's Aigis eat the cake despite being an android even if she has a soul? Could Thought Robot eat the cake?

I am just going by the profile, plus, at least for the original Thomas, can't eat. So the cake would be fine. Also if the cake is on the track, unless it is on the rail's Thomas will not hit it.

Wait, wouldnt the cake being in the middle of thre tracks be an incon? They wouldnt be able to do anything to each other.

Because a train can't digest and thus blasting the cake into a million pieces would just result in a million cakes appearing until Thomas gets crushed.

The cake would eventually duplicate to the point that it would crush thomas

The article itself states that the cake would duplicate enough in 80 days to render the planet uninhabitable and in 82 days it would weigh enough to destroy the planet itself

http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-871

"As there is no known mechanism for halting SCP-871's replication, any uncontained instances could replicate exponentially, quickly becoming unmanageable. No maintainable plans for the containment of more than 20,000 instances of SCP-871 have yet been devised. It is estimated that an uncontrolled outbreak originating with a single instance would render the earth uninhabitable within 80 days."

Right. Forgot about that.

The cake is still (by its nature as just a cake) unable to actually do anything to Thomas within 24 hours. Hence, it either auto-loses (by virtue of Thomas being able to damage it and not the other way around) or the match is inconclusive.

Actually if theres enough cake to be Thoams' level it would doible that right at the 24 hour mark which would most likely beat thomas

OP doesn't say that. It even says "cake" in the singular.

Being able to damage something that can reform still counts as being able to harm it. Not being able to do anything at all due to being immobile and incapable of any conscious action is another matter entirely.

Fairly sure this is a stomp as Thomas has absolutely no way to put down the cake, while the cake just does cake things.

See what I've said above.

It is capable of making steps towards winning and thus is not classified as incapacitated. Therefore, the Cake wins in a stomp.

The only thing it can do within 24 hours is duplicate once without actually harming Thomas.

It can't attack, which falls under incap.

Making another cake is making steps towards attacking. None of it's abilities are restricted and it can still 'attack', depending on the definition of 'attack'. A cake falling on Thomas' head could count as an attack, even if it's a useless one, if we are arguing semantics.
