There is literally nothing Beerus can do to kill Apophis due to the snake's Low-Godly regen and nature as an abstract embodiment. And he can also use his Reality Warping and Chaos Manip to his advantage (which Beerus has no counter to)

Like the others said above, Apophis' Abstractness doesn't really mean much against Hakai. Also Low-Godly Regen doesn't help against Hakai which destroys the soul (Or whatever they have in the place of it)

I don't think Hakai will work, since Apophis is literally evil itself, the very concept of evil, chaos and destruction. Not an avatar, the very concept itself.

Plus Apophis has the same hax as Beerus, so I will got for the snake.
